Leave of absence and disability

Options for when you need time away from work

You may need time away from work due to illness, injury or other circumstances. HonorHealth respects your reasons for needing to take a leave of absence and is committed to giving you support and resources in these situations.

Leave of absence and disability

Beginning January 1, 2020, HonorHealth will partner with Matrix Absence Management, Inc. to administer medical (including short-term and long-term disability claims), personal, and military leave. If you are expected to be absent from work for more than seven calendar days, excluding approved paid time off for scheduled vacation, you may need to take a leave of absence.
